for those of you who are like me and want a chat system for you site and really dont want to pay for the flash chat from i think it is tufat or something.. try using this chat system for you site.. its free and very easy to use.. its a flash chat as well..

lol this is where the post began from lol. I just know nothing about integrating the userplane system into my user database. so members don't have to sign up 2 times. But I did find the required setting for users to have to be registered on userplane to use my chat. thus killing some drama/anonymous people from starting stuff.

Not this crewmember! JK, the reason I like to see a PHP-solution is that I think it would integrate a lot better than a Flashbased chat.

you could try "php free chat" or "PhpMyChat"...I did try the first one and it's fairly easy to integrate and looks solid...nothing fancy(there is support for you own themes)...try it...

Tufat is not free and is also Flash, I'm more interested to know if theres a site with a pure PHP chat integrated out there.

Know of any site that has integrated it? It would be nice with a live example, I think many people would be interested in a PHP-solution.

I'm not using this one, but have a question about it. As far as I understand, this chat is hosted outside your own site. Therefor it has the advantage of not using your hosting bandwidth?
The free version has advertisements... Something I don't like...
Would like to hear from someone who really uses this chat...

I have this setup on my site http://www.loulocals.com but I'm clueless on getting it integrated into my own users database, I'm not a php fusion person I'm just a simple WYSIWYG style web page maker, I use dream weaver and swish a little too much
