problems with the panel

Hello,
I have a problem with a panel.I'm trying to put there a good commercial but it's not working.this is the message i get:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /data/members/paid/g/l/glass-and-crystal.com/htdocs/runescape/links/html/fusion_admin/panel_editor.php(112) : eval()'d code on line 2
Does anyone knows what am i doing wrong?

Well i have a lot of toplist banners on my site so i decided to make a panel apart for them.I used this code:

Your Using Php Fusion 5 are you not ??

The way to fix that is add the following to the end (If it ends in <br> or something)
