There is a problem with servers like puslapiai.lt - even when fusion isn't installed. When I try to install i can't see anything - only blank page.

Hmmm... if config.php was absent it would display a not found error... could it be a CHMOD issue on config.php?
If this is a fresh install from the latest pack, config comes in blank-config.php. First the file needs to be renamed to config.php and then chmodded to something writeable... as per the instructions... on the other hand... if this is not an install... and its working on an old installation and no upgrading was being done... then this could be some modding issue? something in there jacking up a function?
could you post your line 37 on maincore? sometimes if modded maincore has something else in there.
