Ok my site was working fine, but im using mysql from fresql.org, Technically it says this

I do not wanna lose my sql files and saved files, i do not know how to retrieve them,

it means that everytime someone makes a post or registeres or is login in, a query is made (for your understanding: an action in the database). Your host allows you only 1600 actions in the database/day. Everything after 1600 won't be recorder in the database.
I strongly suggest that you change your host, because that is really inconvinient for large sites.

Your mysql provider has got daily limit for queries set to 1600. Try out later (tommorrow)
