I forgot admin pass!!

If you have uploaded it properly you Infuse it from: "Admin Panel" -> "System Admin" -> "Infusions". Choose "Admin Reset" Infusion from the dropdown menu and click "Infuse".

Then go to "Admin Panel" -> "Infusions" -> "Admin Reset"

how do i install the infusion? i have downloaded the package and uploaded it to the map infusions but i can't install it?

You dont need the admin pass to infuse! HobbyMan was correct with his first reply.

No, it only sends login passwords.



If you're the super and you have no access to phpMyAdmin, you can either use the infusion I mentioned in my first post. [simple] B)

The alternative is a bit complicated; demote the admin to member, edit their password in the Admin Panel - User Admin, reinstate their admin status and sent them their password and they can then enter their new admin password the next time they log in. [not so simple] :(

Does the "forgotten password click here to send a new one" on the home page send normal and admin passwords?

I have a customer who has forgotten her admin password
I can't see how I can reset it for her ( I am super admin)

my suggestion would be is to go into your database and copy the md5 hash password for your normal password over to the admin password field but as soon as u login change it once again
