When I advertise my site it said my news is in www.myname.com/files/news.php

Is there anyway I can fix this with out reinstalling?

So it can read www.myname.com/news.php?

or

www.myname.com?

I had similar problem at my script , you need to upload fully otherwise script no function well.

No worries, that database is not affected. just delet the files inside /files/ and the FILES folder and do a new upload. NOTE: Do not delete config.php, just download it and put it back where it should be.

Simple. You uploaded the entire PHPFusion file structure inside the folder /files/ including the folder /files/. You should not upload the entire /files/ folder. Only the contents of it.
Your entire site is wrongly uploaded.
