Character not appearing correctly

Dear Members
I have created a website with php-fusion, and I followed instructions for installation and I did all steps successfully but unluckily I faced a problem after deleting setup.php and changing config.php CHMOD for 664.the problem is that when I am going to my site it will not appear properly.
and I tried twice but I faced the same problem.below is my website link

Please use a better thread title in the future, as 'Please help me!' does not describe your problem.

I believe your website has the wrong encoding, as I believe you are trying to display Kurdish/Arabic characters. Try to switch themes, see if one uses UTF-8 for character encoding, or try changing the encoding from your browser.
