navigation bar links

Hi forum
i have a problem.. i dont know how to make links from the administration menu to the navigationbar.. if i include I am the only one to see the rigth page all others gets redircted to news.php..
and i i dont include the link redirects me and all others to news.php
what should i do to fix this?

You can not make a link to specific Admin sections you can only link to the admin index.php
