As I see You locked my thread without give me an answer. I can say that i read very carefully the agpl license searching an answer for my question but I didn't find it. And I see here people are hostile.

When you're making themes, don't you include images in package? Isn't that package licensed under AGPL v3? So what's the issue here ?

If the images styles work with the theme then you must give me the images to. If the style.css uses PHPFusion Classes then you must give me for free and if you dont give me for free then I can simply look at the CSS and take and and just as easily can save the images to my computer so what's your point?

Nope if someone requests code licensed under AGPL then you must give it to them, if you ask for money and they do not want to give you money but they still want the code you must still give the code so charging is pointless so then I can just say "Give me Code?" and you must give me the code. Easy.

However, as I said earlier, we are about to release the Commercial Core License, which is especially meant for people who want to make use of PHPFusion for commercial activities. In preparation for the new license, we made the necessary changes to our current license so it will reflect its proper usage in the future. This is normal. If this is an inconvenient for you, right now, I'm sorry. However, this will change very soon - don't worry.
