7.01 Persian Locales ?

Hi,
I am posting for a user from Iran who's English is not great but I'm posting for him.
One of my users from Iran is wondering if there is a Persian Translation for PHPFusion V7.01?
He has tried contacting the admins on the Iranian Support site however no one is answering his posts and questions since August 2010 when 7.01 was released.
My user friend has not been able to upgrade to the 7.01 edition because he has no information regarding the Persian Version.
He desperately wants to upgrade however without written instructions in Persian and without locales in Persian he can not upgrade.
Can someone from PHPFusion Translations and Logistics Crew please find out if there is going to be a Persian translation for the latest Version and can they also please find out if the Iranian NSS is still Supporting.

Yes, I know.
You really need to get someone who speaks Persian to help you with this upgrade because I cant read Persian it is hard for me to do it.
Maybe one of the Iran NSS Admins will see this and help you.
