Hello.
Wondering if I could remove the copyright notice in version 6? It's licensed under the GNU GPL. It follows from this - that I can, but should retain copyright in the code. In particular I'm interested in, whether legally remove copyright in the footer.

You are allowed to remove the copyright in v6 yes.
