I revised your panel smokeman. made changes and fix error when shoutbox is not infused. also included users and user group. In addition I made it cache to a file. curtently its set to purge every 2 hours. I also added a clear cache form for admins... smokeman you should resubmit this version. I wasn't going to because its your infusion although I could.

I forgot to mention I used google translator app on my phone. so the danish language for user groups and users may be off...

I believe he saw it - maybe not. I won't push it on him. If you'd like to notify him, feel free. I only modified it - I don't use it...
