Please help me I have a problem in the control panel and add news

I really don't know, it can be more things causing this and I see nothing in the Error Log related to that. You could try to replace administration/news.php file, but I think it won't help if anything was OK before.

If this issues persists put your website in maintenance mode, change the language on site and setup an account with access to news then send the user and password via PM. I'll have a look at it.

I can't really understand much from what you described other than that when you enter Admin Panel all you see is a blank page, this can happen for several reasons.
