Well, it sure has been sometime I been on here, Alot has changes --> Divorce thanks god ... Working with Mental Illness and also I am Child and Youth Care Worker also with Mental Illness...
I have question, would it be better to design database for fusion or download it and use what comes with it on here ...
The reason I ask, I am working on project for mental illness for this area Newfoundland and I want to make it where different community has different support groups, where and what would it be , different events going on, so on....
Any help would be great at this time to help me figure out which be better

That question is so generic and situational that it is impossible to answer correctly.
For me?, No usually quite easy. Fast?, not much is but all is relative.
For the average user?, PHPFusion does not require expert level when it comes to modifying the system and/or creating Infusions, so with some basic PHP experience and html knowledge you can accomplish a lot.

If I were you, I'll download and install first, then custom mod from there.
