Forum threads icons on my site are showing threads as "new" after they have been read.

How can I fix this?

I got the impression that this mod/hack would also make it save read/unread threads across sessions. So if I log out, it would remember what threads I still havent read.

Will it be too big a deal to add this functionality?

If you design it, it will break.
If you fix it and it's not broke it will be ruined.
If you just walk away you can't make it any worse.

It's because the mod is for showing that you have read the thread. It will show as new until then. Unless you sign out and then back in you will see the thread is not new since your last visit.

You cant vivizio - no one have made those changes. Its not an easy fix, you have to change the way fusion uses cookies/sessions. I know work has begun to make this work, but all we can do is wait and see what it ends up as :)

I do plan on updating this and all of my other mods for the new version of fusion, but my computer has died. I think it's probably the motherboard, so I've ordered a new one and hope to get it sometime next week.

This old pathetic laptop barely runs, so no programming till I get the desktop computer fixed. Anyway, just wanted to post and let you guys know what was taking me so long to update :)
