If you can go to PHPMyAdmin, enter the users table, edit your record: enter a new password, select MD5 in the function drop-down menu and save the record.

yeah bruteforce, but it can take years, and not that i in anyway condone this, you can put a keyboard logger on the machine if its your property! ...
