When did the error occur? Could you repeat the error with a different image?

Did it happen on uploading images using the submit link, uploading images from the photogallery admin or on accepting images that others submitted?

Did you already try to re-upload the photogallery files (in root, in administration and in includes)?

imagecreatefromjpeg means that gdlib is not installed or not working properly. you can find this out in the phpinfo menu in system admin or by checking the readme of the server package you installed

gdlib is an image-editing-library that is often bundled with PHP. If gdlib is installed, somehwere in your phpinfo (in system admin), it should read similar to this:

Quote

gd
GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.1.3
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XPM Support enabled
XBM Support enabled
