Yes. We are finally back up and running. www.php-invent.com
Come by and register for the site, and take a look around. We still have a lot to do yet, so the site will be changing a lot in the next week or so. But we are offering support at the moment and will soon be putting out some new developments.
We still have Team opening, we are looking for developers and moderators. If interested feel free to contact me.
