I always updated my site with the latest svn build.
Is the current build (960) equal to 7.00?

I believe its not:) Id recomend that you run the latest version from the website, and not the svn. (if you run it as a "live" website that is)..

SVN is more to try the latest version(s) i believe. Theese can be bugged and unstable^^

Actually, the downloadable package was identical to the latest SVN version at that moment. Later SVN updates only covered locale files not included in the core package.
