No you can't have sub-menus.
But I think there is one infusion who let's you to have sub-menus.

I'm new as well. Been looking for some information on this subject for a while and it looks like I'm finally in a good place.

I'm just getting started so hoping to pick up some great tips here. ;)

I have just build my first php website - it's online and working for about a month now - very pleasant experience working with PHP Fusion, easy to follow installation instructions and lots of additions available. Until now I found infusion for any extra function I wanted to add.

So I think it's the right choice of CMS.

Some basic knowledge about webdesign I think is helpfull, but if you don't have any you'd need just wilingness to learn - plenty of materials available online.
