Hi evrybody

When I run the maintenance mode, I would like to change the background and letters colors of the note in the main page: 'maintenance mode activated'
background color strip -----> black
letters color -----> white
size-font ----> 16px

Can I get some help how to do that?

Thank you

If you open the file maintenance.php in the root of your domain or download look for the class's listed.

tbl-border
tbl1
tbl2

These class's are listed in styles.css file of the theme you are using.

Remember that the above class's are used many other places inside php-fusion, example the default forums of php-fusion.

You can change the colors in styles.css but be sure to check what these colors do to other parts of your site.

I just looked at several of my sites and when I went to maintenance it did not use the theme default or the theme I choose.

Check the source code on the maintenance page for theme name, check for style sheet.

[syntaxhighlighter brush=php,first-line=1,highlight=0,collapse=false,html-script=false]<link rel='stylesheet' href='themes/XXXXXXXX/styles.css' type='text/css' media='screen'/>
[/syntaxhighlighter]

Also looking at your picture might require a code change too. The place you point to does not have its own style class or id.

Try editing your styles.css of your Theme.

Look for :
[syntaxhighlighter brush=css,first-line=1,highlight=0,collapse=false,html-script=false]
.admin-message {
etc etc... Coding here !
}[/syntaxhighlighter]

But remember, this will change all the admin-message notifications in your Website !

For example : When you update your Main Settings, then it shows :
[bcolor=#ffccff]Settings Updated[/bcolor]

So that will also be changed !

Had some time so tested the actual maintenance message in the admin panel.

Change your message to this

[syntaxhighlighter brush=plain,first-line=1,highlight=0,collapse=false,html-script=false]<div style='background:#fff;color:#000;font-size:16px'>Sorry site is under maintenance.</div>[/syntaxhighlighter]

Sorry didn't know you could style the message itself.
