Hi All hope someone can help ???
I recently installed a PHP Fusion site, everything seems to be working fine except it does not seem to let me or a member start a thread post.
Any ideas what I have or am Doing wrong.

Would really appreciate some help I am a complete novice with PHP

Have you checked the Errors Log for any errors?
