That error can pop for endless reasons, mainly wrong queries and most likely caused by an unofficial or old infusion, mod, etc. so more details please.

That infusion is very old and needs an update, many random errors can come from it, nothing serious but some notices.

you do notice when logged in, so how can i get rid of it?

ok guys i fixed it, by using ENGINE=ISAM, the errors went away
