I noticed when I add an option to pin a new forum thread that after submitting , it comes with an extra lock option, so I have to edit the thread to uncheck (Lock this thead) option.
I found this on PHPF 9.03.110 and DEV 9.10.00
Is it a bug or it has a relation with Admin Dashboard - Content Admin - Forum Management - Forum Settings - (Forum post setting) as shown in photo #4 ?

"Lock Edit:" is for disabling editing and not for this.
