you need to be online for the document to be reachable, but you would just need to know the IP-adress of your pc if it has a Static IPv4 internetapproved IP address

u always have the option of uploading it after every save ... but other than that, i agree with flyingduck, u'd need static IP address so u can link to that IP and then the file
