Discovered a very K()()L Blogging system

Hey all
I came accross a really cool blogging system today. It allows you to post entries to a blog while off-line. You create a directory on your web host where your new blog will reside. In the program, called Thingamablog, you create your blog, using built in templates select some options and your blog is writen to the directy you created on your host server. It is transported, vis FTP. Really cool. The program is also a RSS reader. Best thing of all, it's free.
