Cannot add articles categories

Been using php fusion for about 6 months now and only just needed to use the feature of having article categories.
Went to my admin panel and to the relevant section to add categories.
Typed in category name, description, image url and access to member.
Hit the save category button the page just refreshes and the category doesn't save at all.
Tried different method to add (different names, url's for image, different usergroup access etc etc...), but none of it has worked.
Am using: v6.00.108
Not sure if I need to give any more info, although the information I gave above probably isn't all that useful in helping, but anything would be appreciated.

Try to replace you '/administration/article_cats.php' first of all, it maybe as simple as that pal :)
