Yes, you must download the whole package.

After you unzipped the package, just go to the "locale" folder and delete all the languages in it but English.
This will save quite some time when you later on FTP's the files to you server.

Cheers!

ok, I have everything downloaded I need to chmod on some of the files but they don't read like this

* administration/db_backups/
* images/
* images/imagelist.js
* images/articles/
* images/avatars/
* images/news/
* images/news_cats/
* images/photoalbum/
* images/photoalbum/submissions/
* forum/attachments/
* config.php

What do I do?
I can see administraors, but nothing like what is on the list, in fact the only file that is the same is config.php, how do I find the rest?
Thank you

1] You do the CHMOD after you have uploaded the files to web.

2]
* administration/db_backups/
= the folder named db_backups inside the administration-folder

It's the folders you need to CHMOD, ok?

* config.php
= a single file, you need to CHMOD that too. First: upload, then CHMOD

I recomend Smart FTP as tool for 'file uploading', but there are many other great alternatives...

What? :D
What tool are you using for fileupload?
Have you uploaded one and one file, not keeping the folder-structure?

To save quite a bit FTP time you can also delete almost all themes, but keep the Similtude06 (else you will get in trouble). Then you can later upload the themes you want to use.
