Yes, it's very sad.

You can login to your site if you type f.ex. http://www.dustin0.net/articles.php. Get in your adminanel and set it in maintaince mode.

Start with that, and check back ok?

Yes, this is most likely a host problem, since they got hacked to.
You need to get new password for your FTP and phpMyAdmin from them ASAP. That's the way the hacker got in, I guess.
To clean up the mess, you probably will have to delete and replace all index.php pages on your site, they are replaced by with the hackers. So no real harm done, I hope.
When you (and your host!) get this sorted, and before you go out of maintaince mode - update your site to 6.01.6. I see you are running 6.00.307 now, and that's not too safe.
But again, and inspite you're running an older version of PHPFusion, this is most likely a HOST issue.

It'll be ok.
You can upgrade from 6.00.307 with the latest full package from downloads, PHPFusion 6.01.6

You'll also want to make sure you have a different host login/password than your PF/PHP admin. Many times people use the same password and login and its a simple thing for a hacker to first try that combination to gain access to a host.
