Is there a way to log which Moderator did what and when ?

Not sure, but if a moderator changes a post in forum it shows at the bottom that it's edited by (name) + date/time. But you probably knew that already.

Have not seen a mod for logging, say all changes made by (moderatorname)... But it might be a cool feature for some sites?

i think there was an audit change mod on the beta site ... it kept track of everything that happened on the site.
