when i try and add images to my photoalbum i get this error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2304 bytes) in /home/seancgra/public_html/includes/photo_functions_include.php on line 19


i sent it to my host thinkin it was something do do with the space, but i had 30 mb left so we ruled that out, its not the bandwith so thats out, i checked the chmod and its all good


can anyone help please???

How big the photo that you tryed to upload? >8 Mb?
