Theme change doesn't work

I tried to change the theme for my website, but it doesn't work anymore! I remember, I tried in the beginning of the site the different themes and left it with the Fusion 3 theme.

Everytime I change it now and save it, it doesn't show on the monitor. I tried it with F5 or renew the page, but it doesn't work. It's always the same theme but without showing a error message or something like this.

Where's the bug on this?

And I didn't change anything on the side :(

Can somebody help me with that problem?
