Problem with photo gallery

I just realized that i can't upload photo's
Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefromjpeg() in C:\wamp\www\includes\photo_functions_include.php on line 19
If i take some other file type it says like on line 17 - 19 error. I looked there is nothing to go wrong, i tryed to restore this file, but nothing.
Also got 1 pic. and look what it says -
Warning: filesize() [function.filesize]: stat failed for images/photoalbum/album_1/celld0kv.jpg in C:\wamp\www\photogallery.php on line 68
Filesize: Bytes
Comments: 1
Rating: None
Number of views: 11
I got 1 picture and it's still with error :P lolz
