On my forum whenever i read a post/topic the icon for it doesn't change to show that it's read. It stays up and looks like there's a new and unread post. Why?

It eventually changes after some time... but shouldn't it change once i read the post?

No, only if you re-login.
Read post / unread post requires good handling (cookies etc.), maybe v7 will have it.

@Matonor: I found somthing you could improve in v7 forum:
If you post a entry in a thread (or also a thread ??) this thread is marked as unread. But if YOU are the last poster, it should be marked as read, or don't you read, what you write? :D
