I have some advice for you. Go to admin panel, then to system admin, then site links. Find forums and click edit and make it just for super administrators for now. Find photo gallery and do the same thing. Visitors shouldn't be seeing these links if they go to something that hasn't been setup at all. This will remove the links from the navigation menu. When you get the forum or photo gallery setup then do the same thing and set it to visitors or members or what ever.

No I'm not trying to be mean just telling you that you have links that go no where on your site.
