Just was playing with SQLYog and tried some repair funcions.
This was the result;

In both cases unrepaired and repaired site is working OK.

Can anyone explain this?

The MySQL database was created with an PHPFusion install. Could this mean there are bugs in the default database install?

Should I fix it or should I leave it as is?

repair status OK means that everything is fine. You probably used one of the stronger repair queries using use_frm. In this case, the database storage files are read to replace the header in case of corruption. In order to do this, the header is first reset (-> 0 rows) and then set to the actual rowcount (=>second number).

Before repairing I backupped my site and restored it because I did not know what to think of these repair messages.

Thanks for explaining this to me! Indeed I used use_frm.
