Small problem proberbly an easy fix, help plz

just before xmas I added a little bit of code to the website to allow snow flakes to display, after xmas I removed the code and now I have a small problem.
I suspect this can be fixed easily hehe
if you go to my site now without registering and logging in the layout is messed up, when you sign in it displays perfectly.

Which files did you modify?
