I have just installed allthe files for fusion, when i try and install i get a box up with 5 text boxes that need to be filled. But there is no explanation to as of WHAT i should fill them out with,

anyone had this happen to them? Please help, because i am really puzzled.

It the form where you enter the database naam, database user and password.
Looks like your language file is damaged or locale folder is missing? Try uploading them again and retry.
You did download the latest fusion version from this site, I guess?

i downloaded the latest fusion version. i will try to upload again, tried just about every thing else but that. thank you.

okay boy do i feel stooooooopid right now! Blush, you were right it was the language file that was missing!!!

Upload the similitude06 theme to the themes folder...
PHPFusion needs the English.php languagefiles and similitude06 theme as it uses it as it's default....
You're not the first that ran into this...
You'ld better make sure that you uploaded all folders to your server....:D
And, when setup is done, delete setup.php and chmod 644 config.php.

And in case you're going to add infusions, always include the English language files. Most of them use that as default...

i will have til take it all out and reinstall i think, for some reason i just can not get this to work.
