I want to replace a old web site with php-fusion, as the root directory is full of files and live, I wish to set up the new web site in a sub folder. When it is finished I intend to create a old folder for the existing website and move the php-fusion site into the root folder. what settings will I have to change in php-fusion to do this?

just at Admin system the link and external links such as in the navigation panel.. i think
