I do not understand this. NobNobs question is spot on. What is Aneuartis talking about?

You can not access a site without leaving an IP. Either it will be visible in any site-log or site statistics, or it should be visible for Moderators and above in a forum post.

Well you see...
Whenever I click some user it shows that he has 127.0.0.1 ip...
And whenever I check Shoutbox messages it shows that User IP is 127.0.0.1
O.o
Even my ip is 127.0.0.1

Your site might be behind a proxy or load balancer or some kind of similar device. This v6 solution is applicable in v7 as well.
