I am trying to get my site back to how it used to look on V6, I installed the new version and am sort of working up again.
I have enabled the Latest Active Forum Threads panel and it seams to always show at the top center. I want it to show under the news at the bottom center but whenever I try and move it down it does nothing.
Can it be moved down below the news?

Yes go to our Admin panel, System Admin, Panels
Disable and delete it,
Then go to Add new panel, Select Forum Threads List Panel
Where it says Panel Side:
Change it to L-Ctr instead oF U-Ctr
