Shoutbox - smileys etc don´t work

Sorry guys. I have searched this forum over and over again. I could bet my right hand on that I saw something about the shoutbox problem, but now I can´t find it.
I upgraded my site on my own xampp to v7, using this theme as default. However, the shoutbox buttons, such as the smileys is visable, but when I click a smiley, bold, color etc, nothing happens. I can type normal text and it will show after "shout"...
In forum, they all work fine (smileys etc).
Solution to this?

I also wish some people would choose better subjects than "Upgrade problem" "Please help" etc, it makes it easier to find problems similair to my own, and eliminates redundant posts like this one probably is :(
