i'm sure this is a really simple fix but i can't seem to find an answer.

i've created a new panel and when i put in the content i want the spacing to be something like

text--text
text--text

But when i type it in like that it puts it all on the same line. not really sure what to do about that.

Also is there anyway to change the color of the text?
