M$ does not allow free distribution of their servicepacks, dunno if the following downloads are actually warez or updates but anyways updates cannot be free distributed.

Downloads seem to be linked to manufacturers sites. At least the few I tested.

Microsoft updates are freely linkable, even if there might be restrictions to their distribution.

As you can see by the screenshot, that file is actually located on Microsofts server.
