TinyMCE Image List?

Hi, all.
I am not sure if this is a bug.
The image list is missing when I try to add an image by using the TinyMCE editor.
I uploaded two images in the section admin-->images-->Article Images and clicked on "Update image list for TinyMCE editor". But there is still no image list when I am using the feature "insert image" from TMCE.
