Since the beginning of dawn, we have had the problem with people removing license on there site and I have a possible minor solutions for that.

1. Download of phpfusion on all supportsites shouldn't only be visible for users

2. All users should give the url to there site before activation.

The URL can't be changed without help from a Admin and dosent the link work (change of site, close down site etc) then you need to report it to the admin.

If you dont report, the user will be deleted.

I Know this is harsh stuff, but often I see users without URL in there profiles has removed the Copyright..

What do you think?

Right, that is the case as of today. Which we most likely will change to a much simpler and more efficient solution in the near future. We are currently adressing exactly those questions you mention here, from the very perspective you bring it up as well.

The reason the present structure became like this is historical and now we have to plan for the future.

The manual is being translated to v 7 as we speak, we're looking into how to solve the questions you mention, it will take some time to reconstruct possible changes in the databases, but we're not negligant to the questions you bring up here, they are very accurate and we're in the middle of processing them.

You can check out whatever you like, I bet you half a bucket that you will come back when you see the finished result!
