I would like to know if Unactivated Users (Email Activation) are got deleted after some days?! If yes, where to change the time?!

AFAIK, users that have registered but do not reply within 24 hours are deleted. This value is given as 84600 (seconds) in line 31 of ../themes/templates/footer.php. Here you can increase that value.
