Error: Unable to create database tables.

Hi
I have just installed mysql 5 on my hosted server and run the setup.php file gain but at step 4 in the setup I get this error.
I have deleted the db I created for the new setup twice and created a new database each time with a different name, I have all the details correct.
I have had to run the setup but I have to go back to the mysql 4 database which works fine.
Can anyone help me with this?
