Log in problem, Please Help!

Dear all,
I have a problem logging in from my computer, when i try to log in with my Admin user name, it tells me to wait till i am transfered to admin panel, and suddenly it goes back to the same way as before, i keep trying to log in and it doesn't work on my PC, i tried to log in from another PC and it worked.
Why is it not logging in from my PC? Is there any way that this can be fixed?`i need your help

I tried everything and even formatted my Windows and installed a new one, it is still the same!
Any other alternative? Please Help.

Please Don't ignore my message, i am really desparate on finding a solution for this problem.

Posting like that will not get you any help quicker.
Anyway Delete cache and Cookies if that does not work then I dont know, perhaps someone else will.

Okay, I told you i have tried everything and even formatted my windows and installed a new one and it still doesn't work.

Try in another browser.
You could try uploading all your sites files and install the site again.

I am experiencing the same issue one of my three sites. I have tried everything... cleared cookies, different browsers, even different PCs, etc. It is happening to all user IDs.
