Safari 4.0.4, Chrome, IE 8 users cannot login Firefox users can

Only users using Firefox can login, the other browser users enter userid and passwd, login pages says transferring but they end up back at the non member page

I think that is a bug or error I have stumbled across the exact same problem and users have also reported this.
